Broc Parkes has become the latest in🍸ternational racer to commit to the MCE British Superbike Championship after being confirmed as part of an all-Australian rider line-up at Milwaukee Yamaha.

As first reported by wuqian0821.com in October, Parkes has penned a contract to join the BSB ranks with Shaun Muir's team in a move that will see him riding the all-new Yama♚ha YZF-R1 in 2015.

Parkes comes to BSB directly from the MotoGP World Chꦇampionship following a year with Paul Bird Motorsport, but the 32 year-old also brings with him extensive experience from racing in World Superbikes and World Supersport.

Parkes, who will team up with fellow Aussie Josh Brookes, is not a complete stranger to ﷽BSB competition having raced a WSB-specification Kawasaki in a wild-card outing at Brands Hatch in 2009, where he notched up a hat-trick of podiums. However, he is now l𓆏ooking forward to competing in the series full-time.

"I am really looking forward to next season with the꧙ Milwaukee Yamaha team," he said. "In the past I have had some great results with Yamaha and to be a part of the project with the new R1 is a real privilege. There have already been a lot of good reports so 🌠I am excited about 2015.

"The level of competition is really high in the championship - t🐓hey are like World Champions on their own tracks. I know I have to learn them, but I want to do as much as I can before the season so I am in the best possible position. I want to be in the top six for the Showdown and I will be bringing my 'A-Game' with me!"

Mana♑ger Muir says he is pleased t🌳o be bringing on another experienced racer into his team as he looks to get an edge on the competition with the new Yamaha in 2015.

"It is a very exciting time for the team with the release of the new YZF-R1, which has created a huge amount of interest and anticipation for 2015. As a team we know what it takes to win a B𝓀ritish title and we have the foundations in place to come out fightin🌠g.

"The team will be working hard to develop the new bike and we are delighted to have Broc onboard. He brings a huge amount of experience t𝕴o the team, with an extensive career in the World Championships, and has serious determination in equal measure to succeed.

"He has raced with Yamaha before in the World Supersport Championship, and we are now looking forward to him returning to the Superbike class with Yamaha. Now that we have our two rider line-up confirmed we can prepare for our extensive winter test programme﷽ in preparation for 2015 with the new Milwaukee Yam♑aha."

With Brookes staying on board, Parkes replaces Tommy Bridewell who - despite finishing third overall🐬 in 2014 - is yet to announce his plans for the 2015
