Leon Haslam and Gregorio Lavilla completed first free practice for round eleven of the Bennetts British Superbike championship in fifth a🀅nd sixth places respectively.

Haslam was positive about the progress he made during the day commenting, "I am feeling a lot happier after second practice. We have tested s🔯ome Dunlop tyres on race runs and worked hard on the bike set-up. To achieve my fastest time on a tyre that had completed 24 laps is very positive and I'm feeling confident we have more to come."

His team-mate Lavilla was pleased with his pace too, as he said, "Practice hasn't gone too bad for us considering this is Honda's test track, it is encouraging th✃at our times are so close t✅o theirs. Of course we still have to work hard and to try and improve our package. As long as we keep our concentration and find a right tyre for tomorrow I am feeling confident for the race on Monday."
