Toto Wolff has addressed speculation of Mercedes potentially supplying Alpine with F1 engines from 2026, 🌠claiming the French outfit are “exploring all sorts of avenues”.

According to The Race, Alpi﷽ne are considering binning off their engine project for 2026 and thus would look൩ to become a customer team.

The rumour is an interesting one as it would mean Alpine would surrender th☂eir works status.

Renault have struggled to d🌜eliver a powerful engine since the introduction of the current rules in ꦫ2014.
