Suzi Perry rules out Channel 4 F1 move

Suzi Perry has confirmed she will not move from the BBC to Channel 4 to continue 🃏as the lead presenter 🍌of F1's free-to-air coverage in the UK.
Perry took over as the lead F1 presenter on the BBC in 2013, replacing Jake Humphrey. She had previously been the🥀 lead on the channels MotoGP programme for over a decade.
Channel 4 was named as the surprise new home of F1 on British terrestrial television just before Christmas, with the BBC cancelling its contract with FOM three ye⛄ars early due to cost cutting.
Channel 4's coverage will be managed by independent production company Whisper Films, with former F1 race-winner David Coulthard - and one of the founders of Whisper Films - already signed up as one member of its on-screen presenting team. Former BBC Sport F1 editor Mark Wilkin has also joined as programme editor, while a number of other personnel are said to making the move to Channel 4.
