After a dramatic double-header at the Red Bull Ring for the Austrian Grand🌠 Prix and Styrian Grand Prix, Fo⛦rmula 1 heads to the tight and twisty Hungaroring which plays host to this weekend's Hungarian Grand Prix.
Mercedes has locked out the front row once again with the Rac🍬ing Points just behind in third and fourth.
With rain looking 🌌to impact the race, we could be set for a𒊎 dramatic afternoon.
What happened last time out?
Round two of the 2020 season was dominated by Hamilton after the Brit storm💖ed to one of the best pole positions of his illustrious F1 career - ending qualifying for the Styrian GP 1.2s clear of the rest of the fie🐬ld.
Hamilton converted it into an 89th career victory, with team-mate Bottas joining him on the podiuꩵm to make it Mercedes' first 1-2 finish of the season.
Verstappen finished third, having 🦋been overtaken by Bottas in the closing laps with Red Bull t🔜eam-mate Albon coming home in fourth.
The race had a plethora of midfield action with Lando Norris overtaking Sergio Perez, Lance Stroll 🍒;and Daniel Ricciardo in the closing stages to finish an impressive fifth - maintaining third in♚ the drivers' championship.
ꦰPerez, Stroll, Ricciardo, Carlos Sainz and Daniil Kvyat rounded out of the top ten.
What to expect from this weekend?
Expect Mercedes to be tꦆhe team to beat once again but the lack of straight꧂s should put Red Bull closer to the front.
Ferrari will be eying a more competitive weekꦬend after both cars failed to make the chequered flag at the Styrian Grand Prix.
Pirelli has🥃 nom🦩inated the C2, C3 and C4 tyres for this weekend - the same as in the first two rounds.
Wet weather is threatening to disrupt this weekend with there being꧅ a chance of showers on each of the three days.
