The force of the 119mph, 67G impact with the barriers caused Grosjean’s car to 🐬split in two before it quickly became engulfed in flames.

The 10-time podium finisher was forced to miss what was supposed to be the final two races of his F1 career as a result of his injuries. After leaving F1 at the end of 2020, Grosjean has since made his racing comeback in the IndyCar ser🎶ies in America.
F1 has been victorious at the BAFTAs before, with ITV picking up three straight wins for its coverage of the 2006 Hungarian Grand Prix, 2007 Canadian Grand Prix a♏nd 2008 Brazilian Grand Prix.
