F1 Turkish GP: Gasly fastest from Red Bulls in wet final practice, Hamilton 18th

With rain falling overnight and throughout the morning, it was Gasly who splas🥂hed his way to the top of the timeಞsheets as he headed the Red Bull pair of Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez.
The Frenchman posted his fastes𓆉t lap on intermediate tyres with the track rapidly drying out in the closing stages of FP3 to end up 0.164s clear of Verstappen and over two-tenths up on Perez💞.
Championship leader Lewis Hamilton only completed five laps and ran when conditions were much wetter 🐠on his way to finishing a lowly 18th and over three seconds down.
Carlos Sainz initiall🦩y set the ꦆpace during the early running on wet tyres and ended up fourth, almost three-tenths clear of Ferrari teammate Charles Leclerc, who was among a number of drivers to be caught out at Turn 9.

Alpine driver Fernando Alonso survived a wide moment at Turn 1 on his way to taking sixth, ahead of Alfa Romeo’s Kimi Raikkonen and the AlphaTauri of Yuki Tsunoda, who ended up 1.5s down on hi♔s teammate’s ben⛄chmark.
Valtteri Bottas and Esteban 🔥Ocon completed the rest of the top 10 for Mercedes and Alpine.&🏅nbsp;
Mick Schumacher popped his Haas into 13th ahead of the McLar💙en pair of Daniel Ricciardo and Lando Norris, while the Williams duo of Nicholas Latifi and George Russell completed just 10 l𝔍aps between them as they finished slowest of all.
Mercedes-bound Russell was the only ꦓdriver who failed to set a lap time after beaching his Williams 🌊in the gravel having aquaplaned off at Turn 2.
C🦋onditions 🌞are forecast to be dry for qualifying, which gets underway at 3pm local time (1pm BST).
