Aitken handed Williams F1 practice outing for Abu Dhabi season finale

In 2021, Aitken raced in a number of Formula🍬 2 rounds for HWA Racelab alongside his GT commitments.
In July, Aitken was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after being involve𒁏d in a horrific multi-car shunt at Raidillon during the early stages of the Spa 24 Hours race.
Aitken𒆙 broke his collarbone and fractured vertebrae but has recovered well since.
The ꦰ26-year-old m𝔉ade his competitive return to racing at GT World Challenge’s 2021 season finale at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, where he finished sixth.
Aitken will drive for Williams in FP1 at F1’s season finale at the Yas Marina ☂Circuit in December.

Aitken wrote on his own Twitter account: “Did I sneak in to check if she still fits? Maybe. Pumped to say I’ll be taking part in FP1 in Abu Dhabi with Williams once again, looking 🌱forward to closing this year out the𓆉 right way.”
