Haas’ 2022 F1 car passes crash tests ahead of new season

The Haas Formula 1 team has announced its 2022 challenger has passed its mandatory crash tests ahead of the new season.

Haas is the first team to officially announꦬce that it has successfully passed🅷 the crash tests.

Mercedes fired up its W13 car earlieಞr today for the first time, whil♏e Ferrari revealed that it plans to launch its own new challenger in the middle of February.

Haas will be hoping for a more fruitful campaign after fail🐲ing to score a single ♍point in 2021.

The American outfit decided against developing its car last year to solely fꦿocus on the new regulations for 2022.

F1 embarks on a new era next year with stricter budget restrictions and fundamental changes to the c🅘ars 🎐themselves which are expected to level the playing field, but also make overtaking easier. 

Haas had been a regular midfield team in its first four seasons before suffering i💞n 2020 with Ferrari’s power unit struggles.

Mick Schumacher and Nikita𝔍 Mazepin will remain with the team for a second campaign. 

Pre-season testing b𒊎egins in February at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya before F1 heads to Bahra𓆏in for a second test.

The 2022 F1 seaꦑson starts on March 20 at the Bahrain International Cir🍸cuit.
