Renault Formula 1 junior🍸 Max Fewtrell has joine♒d the Hitech GP squad’s line-up for the second round of the Asian F3 Winter Series, which takes this weekend at Sepang.

🔥The Silverstone-based outfit will field a fifth car for the reigning Formula Renault Eurocup champion, who links up with the team that dominated the opening round at Buriram by winning two of the three races.

Fewtrell joins twoꦓ-time winner Rinus VeeKay, Red Bull protege Dan Ticktum, Pavan Ravishankar and Alessandro Ghiretti in Hitech’s line-up for 🤪the three-round, nine-race championship.

“It’s a late call-up, but I’m super excited to go and do a race weekend this early in the season,” Fewtrell s🎃aid.

“It’s good for me to blow the cobwebs out from the winter break. I’m looking forward to the challenge; learning the car and the circuit all in a couple of practice se꧂ssions ahead of qualifying.

“I’ve not driven the track before but it looks 🌜really good and I can’t wait to give it a g꧟o.”

The 19-year-old Briton is set to race in the new F1-supporting FIA F3 championship for 2019 and took part in the post-season GP3 test wi🍃th ART Gr꧂and Prix in Abu Dhabi.
