Ducati’s top bosses have denied that they have already agrജeed to sign Fermin Aldeguer.

But, MotoGP’s top manufacturer has admitted holding talks with the Moto2ꦦ s♔tar to bring him into the premier class.

Last month, Spanish publication  reported that Aldeguer had visited the Ducati headquarඣters to sign a contract which guarantees him a MotoGP bike in 2025.

“Ducati doesn’t want any surprises, Ducati doesn’t want any uncertainties in the immediate future,” the r✃eport claimed.

But now Ducatiಞ bosses have re🤪vealed their side of the story.

“Fermin ꦅAldeguer is a guy who is very fast,” David🤡e Tardozzi said.

“E♊verybody is thinking and trying to make a deal with him.

🥀“We are discussing it. We are at a good poi🌄nt.  But nothing is done yet.

“We’ll see what will be his choice.”

Gigi Dall’Igna added: “🉐We didn’t siꦰgn a contract with him.

“For sure, Aldeguer is one of th♛e riders of the fꦡuture.

“For us, it’s an interesting rider…”

Aldeguer is stဣill just 18 years old. Last year, he finished third in Moto2 (Pedro Acosta won the title and has stepped into MotoGP this year).

Aldeguer’s prodigious abilities♋ saw him strongly linked to the MജotoGP vacancies at Repsol Honda and VR46 at the end of 2023.
