Pedro Acosta “has qualities of Stoner and Rossi, and Marquez’s ambition”
Huge praise for Pedro Acosta from a MotoGP legend

Pedro Acosta shares key similarities to MotoGP legends, Jorge Lorenz🦹o insists.
The🔥 Tech3 GASGAS rider has taken the premier class by storm in his rookie se🍌ason.
His perf🤡ormances, full of bravery and talent, in the early stages of this year have already been enough to earn him a promotion to KTM’s factory te🃏am in 2025.
Three-time MotoGP champion Lorenzo identified Aco💯sta’s crucial trait to DAZN: “The preparation, the thousands and thousands of hours he has spent riding around on the motorcycle since he was little🌳, and on big motorcycles.
“At his age, others hav𒅌e half or three times fewer hours of train𝔉ing and preparation than him.
“I would only give him one piece of advice: be careful with crashes, a serious injury could cut 🧸short a career.
“He has qualities from Casey Ston🌳er and Val꧃entino Rossi, the charisma.
“And also fromꦿ Marc Marꦐquez, ambition and believing in himself."
Dani Pedrosa, now KTM’s test rider, added: "Every time he has changed categories, he has recognized that he waꦏs feeling more comfortable.
“He is used to 🐷working on very small circuits with big bikes.
“Everyone at th💎e factory is delighted with its performance, it is something that KTM ne💎eded.
“Next year, w🎐ith more experience, he will reach the next level.
“In pre-season, the advice I gave him is t🎃o be careful with the tyres, this can sur🎐prise you and you end up in the hospital.”
Acosta became the third-youngest rider to fin♓ish a MotoGP race on the podium this year.
He has established himself as KTM’s fastest rider alreaꦰdy.
The next milestone for him will be a maide💦n win, which Lorenzo 🎉(incorrectly) predicted would happen at Jerez.
MotoGP returns next weekend at Silverstone but KTM have endu𒅌red a difficult period where even Acosta’s results have dipped.
