After several rally appearances, Valentino Rossi made his MotoGP return during testing at Jerez today - complete with a new h🀅elmet design and stickers on his 800cc Yamaha (pictured).
"I have some new stickers on my bike and a new helmet; they're a reference to the legend of King Arthur and 'Excalibur!' [King Art♔hur's magic sword],💦" Rossi explained. "I want to show everyone that we are ready to fight back and that we're ready to do our very best throughout these winter tests."

The new stickers certainly didn't do any harm on day one of the test, wit♕h Rossi fastest of all despite poor weather restricting the active track time.
Testing at ඣJerez continues on Wednesday and Thursday.
