MotoGP: Aprilia to debut carbon fibre swingarm on RS-GP
Aprilia is set to try a carbon fibre swingarm on i🐓ts RS-GP for the first time during private MotoGP testing at Jerez this week.
The Italian factory - which previously used a carbon fibre swingarm for its 250GP machines, but has so far favoured a conventiꦑonal aluminium design in MotoGP - will be on track from March 27-29 with Matteo Baiocco.
"Our test team should try the carbon fibre swingarm for the first time on the RS-GP in Spain," a team spokesman told wuqian0821.com.
"Then we wi🐼ll bring it for the guys in the race team."

Ducati has used a carbon fibre swingarm since 2009, with Honda debuting the composite on i♛ts RC213V ജduring winter testing.
Marc Marquez and Dani Pedrosa then raced with the new swingarm on their way to second and seventh respectively in the season-opening Qatar MotoGP, wꦉon by Ducati's Andrea Dovizioso. Honda are also among the teams testing at Jerez thi﷽s week.
