When free practice begins at Manda🏅lika on Friday it will mark the first official motorcycle grand ꦫprix laps in Indonesia since Sentul in 1997.

But the picturesque seaside circuit on the island of Lombok (n𓆏ext to Bali) has had plenty to do since February's pre-season test, most notably emergency resurfacing on around 25% of thಌe circuit; extending from before Turn 17 (the final corner) until after Turn 5.

Extensive cleaning has also been carried out due to very dusty and dirty conditions at the test, while construction work has continued on the circuit and ♉infrastructure.
