The role will cover a wide variety of responsibilities: br🔯eaking news, features, interviews, race reports and results all with speed and accuracy. You may also be required to attend e♊vents in the UK and abroad.

The major focus of the role will be working as part of the wuqian0821.com editorial team covering the World Superbike championship, the British Superbike championship plus other two-wheeled motorsport including MotoGP, while the role will𒀰 also provide a spectrum of opportunities and rol♛es at Visordown.com.

Main responsibilities

• Cover⭕ breaking news from the motorsport world on a wide variety of 🍰topics
• Produ🐎ce in-depth and engaging feature pieces for both current news and ev🍎ergreen content
• Create exciting social media strategies and campaigns across Facebo﷽ok, Twitter, Instagram and others
• Conduct interviews with a variety of motorsport fi🅺gures to produce written and v🌄ideo content
• Work within diff💯erent edit꧋orial teams covering a multitude of events
• Co🌌vering bre♑aking news from the motorcycle and road bike industry
• Reviewing motorcycles, equipment and gear
• Provide 𝓡original and engaging content ideas in editorial meetings as well as being a proactive journalist
• Efficient in a multimedia role workingꦑ across video, online and graphics
• Be able to travel to motorsport events when r🥃equired

Ideal Candidate Requirements

• Experience in journalism or appropriate PR work
• The ability to generate wiꦐde-ranging content to a high quality with speeꦐd and accuracy
• An excellent understanding and application on💦 socia🅺l media
• A valid motorcycle license
• An interest in a 𒉰wide range of motorsport and the motorcycle industry

Preferred:

• Degree in journalism, media or equivalent
• Experience with email marketing campaigওns and mailchimp
