Manx GP: Stephen McIlvenna suffers fatal injuries

Former Manx Grand Prix winner Stephen McIlvenna has been killed following an incident duಞring practice for ꧙the Manx Grand Prix.

The ac🔥cident happened on Tuesday evening on the Mountain Mile section o💫f the 37.73-mile circuit.

Mr McIlvenna was 39 and is from Randal💫stown in County Antrim in Northern Ireland🐻.

A statement issued by the Manx Motor Cycle Club said: "Stephen McIlvenna was an experienced racer who first competed in the Manx Grand Prix i🎃n 2005. He won the 2009 Junior Manx Grand Prix. He also competed in the TT Races in 2010.

"The Manx Moto♏r Cycle Club wish to pass on their deepest sympathy to Stephen's family and friends."

An investigation into the circumst⛄ances of the accident is underway.
