Peter Collins is to be a♍warded an MBE for his services ♔to speedway.
Collins, who spent all 17-years of his British career with Belle Vue, lifted the world crown in Poland in 1976. He also won numerous domestic competi🐻tions with the Manchester club alo🌞ng with England international honours.

"It's been amazing, the telephone hasn't stopped and
it's a very proud moment for me, my fami🙈ly and the sport," said a delighted Collins. "The timing is perfect after the amazing success of last week's British Grand Prix in Cardiff. Speedway is certainly on the up, there is no doubt about it."
Peter has been in the paddock for 20 years and has seen Valentino Rossi come and go. He is at t🍌h💜e forefront of the Suzuki exit story and Marc Marquez’s injury issues.
