The King's Lynn Silver Machine Knights have swooped to sign rising young Norwegian star Bjorn G Hansen, and the 21-yܫear old rider, who rode in last year's World Under-21 Championshi𒀰p Final at Peterborough, is set to make his debut in the club's Elite League match against Wolverhampton tomorrow.

Hansen initially comes into the Lynn side to replace injured Russian Roma🌞n Povazhny, although the situation will be reviewed once the latter is fully recovered from his recent operation to repair a broken collar🍎bone.

Bjorn's signing is very much in keeping with Knights boss Nigel Wagstaff's vowed intent to build up a young, exciting side with the future ꦬvery much in mind.

"I'm delighted to have signed Bjorn," he said, "and, whilst it will be very hard indeed for him to come straight into the Elite League, I've signed him with an eye very much on the f𝓰uture.

"He's another young asset of t💫he club and joins the likes of Travis McGowan, Freddie Eriksson, Emil Kramer and Niels-Kristian Iversen in that mould.

"I firmly believe that we are assemb🧸ling a squad of riders who make the future of this club look very good🌌 indeed."
