San Juan WorldSBK: Razgatlioglu suffers ‘chatter and grip problems’ in race two

Toprak Razgatliogluඣ’s 24 point lead heading into round 12 of the World Superbike championship has now been increased to 30 following a double win performance in San Juan.
Razgatlioglu’s dominant effort in race one was then backed up by a phot꧋o-finish victory over Scott Redding.
However, in race two the Yamaha man could only manage third aftꩵer suffering chatter and rear grip issues.&nbsꩲp;
While Razgatlioglu led for most of the early laps, it was visible that Sc🐈ott Redding and Jonathan Rea had more tyre underneath them, especially in sectors one and two where you needed quick changes🐓 of direction.
Still, it’s a weekend in which he outscored title rꩵival Jonathan Rea in two out of the thre✃e races ahead of next month’s season finale at the brand new Mandalika International Circuit in Indonesia.
"This weekend we were very close to three wins. But after the Superpole race I say ‘It won’t be easy because everybody is very fast’," added Razgatliogl🍸u.
"I tried my best in the second race and I was fighting for second, but Johnny very fast.&nbs𒊎p;
"But third position, again on the podium, I am happy. We tried a different bike🃏 but in the warm-up as I was not happy so we came back to before.
"♈But also in the long race I felt some chattering and some grip problems. So, today I said ‘okay, third position’ and this is very good.
"In Indonesia we will try again for the win, but I’m ✱happy because no crash, no problems or big mistake which was important."
💛With just 62 points left up for grabs, Razga🔯tlioglu is in a dominant position heading to the final round, a round that could see him become the first ever Turkish WorldSBK champion.
