Bridewell tests Motorpoint Yamaha at Mallory

Tommy Bridewell fee✤ls he is ready to make his Motorpoint Yamaha debut at Cadwe🎀ll Park next weekend after wrapping another day of testing at Mallory Park.
The youngster returns to the British Superbike Championship for the final four events afte🏅r penning a deal with Motor♎point Yamaha in place of the cash-strapped Loris Baz.
An entirely new machine for the 23-year-old 𒈔having spent 2010 - and the early rounds of the 2011 season - riding a Honda CBR1000RR for Quay Garage/Tyco Honda, Bridewell was nonetheless pleased with the progress m💟ade on the R1.
"The few laps I managed last week were great as I got time to 💜sleep on things and get ready for this test, the bike feels great albeit quite different from my last Superbike.
"I know I have to adapt to the bike and with ꦐa free track and good weather I feel I have made big steps. No time꧋ left now though we are jumping straight in at Cadwell and I can't wait!"
Motorpoint Yamaha head into the latter rounds of the 2011 season with an entirely new rider line-up after James West🧸moreland was also released from his contract. No announcement on a second rider to join Bridewell has been made.
