One engine for Moto2.

The FIM has confirmed that the new Moto2 class, which💙 will replace the 250cc World Championship, is to have a single engine supplier.
Moto2, which will feature 600cc four-stroke engines and a prototype chassis, was due to start in 2011, but the FIM announcemen꧙t regarding the engine rule revealed that the machines will race from next season.

"The [Grand Prix] commission unanimously accepted the proposit𒅌ion of the MSMA to have a "One Make Engine Regulation" in the Moto2 class. The name of the man🌳ufacturer will be announced later," said the statement.
The original intention had been for Moto2 bikes to be powered by production-bas⭕ed engines from var🧔ious manufacturers, which may have caused a clash with the World Supersport Championship.
