"I’m really sad to be ending my Moto3 career this way; I’ve really enjoyed my time with the team and 🌌I wanted to see them one last time and to finish on a high.
"After my race in Malaysia, I was feeling so motivate🌞d to go to Val🎉encia, but in the end I had to think about my future, to make sure that I am physically prepared for it.
"Now my focus is on next year and compꦺeting in Moto2, in the Spanish Championship, so I want to be 100% fit and ready to start this new chapter in 2019.
"I wish all the best to my team for the Valencia race –🏅 I will be watching and supporting them from home. I want to say thank you to them all for their support over the years and I look forward to seeing them all again soon.”
